Fitness Boot Camp Class
Workout in the great outdoors!
* Get in Shape, Lose Weight, and Have Fun Doing It. Each hour of boot camp will vary, but will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardiovascular exercises, interval training, circuit training, body weight resistance training, strength building and more. Why spend time indoors, sweating on a treadmill while staring at the world outside when you could be outside getting fit, losing weight and having fun?
* You Don’t Have to be In Shape – You will start training at your level and you will move up as you get faster and stronger. We’ve designed the program to be suitable for everyone. Our committed and knowledgeable trainers understand that each person’s fitness goals are unique. We provide our students with positive encouragement and detailed proper techniques.
* Get the Benefits of a Personal Trainer at a Fraction of the Cost – You will have access to a professional Personal Trainer and the discipline of a regular scheduled workout like you would with a personal trainer for only $20 – $30 per workout.
