Yoga
Yoga is the fitness element that most of our exericse routines is missing. Yoga helps add balance to your current workout program as well as to your life. It is an hour where you will focus on you. You can clear your mind, focus on your breath and allow your body to move in its full range of motion through fluid, gentle movements. All of our Yoga Instructors are licensed and ensure your safety throughout your practice.
We offer:
One on One Yoga – one of our yoga instructors will come to your home or office and will provide you with one hour of yoga.
Partner Yoga – invite a friend to join you for yoga in your home or office.
